| production method | the preparation method is to add 0.56g tert-butanol, 0.395g pyridine and 1.75g 4-bromomethylbenzoyl chloride to a three-mouth bottle equipped with a stirrer and thermometer, and react at 10~30 ℃ for 5h. After the reaction, add 10mL of water to the reaction bottle, move to the separatory funnel, and extract with ethyl acetate. The extracts were combined, washed with dilute acid, separated into acid water layer and then desoluted under reduced pressure to obtain 0.98g of tert-butyl 4-bromomethylbenzoic acid with 72.0% yield. |
