The remaining residue in the three-necked flask was continued to be distilled under reduced pressure, and the crude triethyl antimony was distilled off with a purity of 96%, the crude product yield is 61%; The obtained crude triethyl antimony is subjected to vacuum distillation, and the triethyl antimony is easy to decompose due to too high temperature, so the distillation temperature should be controlled not to exceed 80 ℃, triethyl antimony was obtained with a purity of 99.9995%. |
