[properties] this product is white to light yellow crystalline frozen powder.
[pharmacological action] pharmacodynamics this product is a compound anesthetic. The mechanism of action of teletamide hydrochloride and zolazepam hydrochloride can complement each other. Tiletamine is a separate anesthetic, its pharmacological effects are similar to ketamine; Zolazepam is a benzodiazepine? Class sedative hypnotics, pharmacological effects are similar to diazepam, with anti-anxiety, sedation, anticonvulsant and muscle relaxation effects. Drug interactions
1. Combination with phenothiazines (acepromazine, chlorpromazine) can increase the risk of cardiac depression, respiratory depression and hypothermia.
2. Chloramphenicol will reduce the metabolic rate of anesthetics.
