content analysis
accurately weigh the sample about 500mg, transfer it into a separatory funnel, add 10ml of water and 2ml of dilute hydrochloric acid test solution (TS-117). First, 30ml of solvent consisting of 9 parts chloroform and 1 part of ethanol was used to extract the precipitated saccharin, and then 20ml of the same solvent was used for 5 times each time. Each time the extracted liquid is filtered through a small area filter paper wetted by the solvent, all the filtrates are combined, and the steam bath is used to dry with airflow. Dissolve the residue with 75ml of hot water, add several drops of phenolphthalein test solution (hindering 167), and titrate with 0.1mol/L sodium hydroxide solution. At the same time, blank test is carried out and necessary correction is made. per rni. 0.1mol/L sodium hydroxide is equivalent to 20.22mg of calcium saccharin (C14H8CaN2O6S2).
