Physical and Chemical Properties | solubility: slightly soluble in ethanol, soluble in tetrahydronaphthalene and xylene; Dark blue in concentrated sulfuric acid, yellow orange precipitate after dilution; Blue-red in alkaline health insurance powder, red-brown in case of acid. hue or shade: Red light orange |
Use | The pigment is unsubstituted Pyranthrone, but its yield is not large, with excellent light fastness of Grade 6-7 (1/1-/25SD). And moderate coloration intensity. It has good fastness in fabric printing, but it is not resistant to reducing treatment. The fastness decreases in alkaline sodium hydrosulfite solution, and the color of colored fiber changes after treatment. It is mainly used in spinning and coloring of viscose fiber and acetate fiber. |
Safety Description | S22 - Do not breathe dust. S24/25 - Avoid contact with skin and eyes. |
introduction | reduced orange 9 is unsubstituted anthrone, but its yield is not large, and it has excellent light fastness of 6-7 grade and medium coloring strength. It has good fastness in fabric printing, but it is not resistant to reducing treatment. The treatment fastness in alkaline hydrosulfite solution decreases, and the color light of colored fibers changes after treatment. |
properties | reduced orange 9 is also called reduced golden orange g. Vat dyes are a kind of high-end dyes with bright colors, high color fastness and complete colors. They are mainly used for dyeing and printing of functional materials such as cotton, hemp and fiber. Among them, anthraquinone dyes have been widely used for their superior application performance and safety. Orange vat dye reduced orange 9 is one of the most important varieties of anthraquinone dyes, occupying a huge market share. |
chemical properties | yellow-brown powder. Insoluble in water, slightly soluble in ethanol, soluble in tetrahydronaphthalene and xylene. It is dark blue in concentrated sulfuric acid, and yellow-brown precipitate is produced after dilution. It is blue-red in the alkaline hydrosulfite reduction solution and orange in the acidic solution. |
use | reduced golden orange g is used for dyeing cotton, viscose, silk and cotton and printing cotton cloth, with good levelness and affinity. for dyeing cotton fabric |
production method | 2-methylanthraquinone is used as raw material, and after chlorination, the product is condensed, closed-loop and oxidized. The finished product is filtered, crushed and dried. |
