production method

1 mol C12 ~ 18H25 ~ 37OH and 0.2% mol KOH are put into a reaction kettle, heated under stirring, vacuumed to remove air and moisture, heated to about 100 ℃, and drained the air several times after dehydration. Stop vacuuming, raise the temperature to 150 ℃, gradually pass in ethylene oxide, maintain a pressure of 0.1~0.2 MPa, and control the reaction temperature to 160~180 ℃. When the amount of ethylene oxide passes in about 10 mol, the cloud point is measured by sampling. If the cloud point of 1% aqueous solution is 60~70 ℃, stop the ethylene oxide and the condensation reaction is completed. After cooling to 70 ℃, adjust the pH value to 6.0~7.0 with glacial acetic acid, then add hydrogen peroxide for bleaching, and continue the reaction for 1 h. Cooling and discharging, filling is the finished product.
