Application Fluorooctylamine iodide (FC-134) as a resonance light scattering probe to study its interaction with DNA. Perfluorooctanyl quaternary amine iodide's own light scattering signal is weak, but after the interaction with nucleic acid, the light scattering signal is greatly enhanced, and the resonance light scattering intensity is proportional to the concentration of DNA. Based on this, a method for the determination of DNA was established, and its determination conditions were optimized, and it was better used for the determination of synthetic samples.
