N-NITROSODI-N-PROPYL-D14-AMINE(N-NITROSODI-N-PROPYL-D14-AMINE) is an organic compound with the chemical formula (CH2CH2CHDCH2N = O).

Nature:
N-NITROSODI-N-PROPYL-D14-AMINE is a colorless to pale yellow liquid. It is unstable at room temperature and can decompose slowly. It easily reacts with oxygen in the air to produce toxic gases. This compound is strongly irritating to the eyes, skin and respiratory tract.

Use:
N-NITROSODI-N-PROPYL-D14-AMINE are mainly used in laboratory research and chemical synthesis as a source of nitroso compounds. It is commonly used in the preparation of other organic compounds, such as drugs, dyes and materials.

Preparation Method:
N-NITROSODI-N-PROPYL-D14-AMINE can be prepared by adding a mixture of sodium nitrate (NaNO2) and sodium hydroxide (NaOH) to N-propylamine, and adding deuterated magnesium chloride (D-MgCl2). This reaction produces N-NITROSODI-N-PROPYL-D14-AMINE.
