Abstract:
The invention discloses an apparatus and a method for producing environment-friendly solvent spirit by using Fischer-Tropsch synthetic oil. The apparatus comprises a hydrorefining reactor, a hydrogenation upgrading reactor, a hot high-pressure separator, an alkali washing tower, distillation column and condenser. The method is that the Fischer-Tropsch synthetic oil is first mixed with hydrogen and then enters the hydrogenation refining reactor, the product is mixed with hydrogen and enters the hydrogenation upgrading reactor, the final product enters the separator, and the gas phase component is exported from the top of the column, after passing through the Alkali washing Tower, it enters the condensation separator, and finally mixes with fresh hydrogen and returns to the hydrofining and hydrogenation upgrading reactor. The liquid phase component enters the rectification tower, and the naphtha fraction cut at the top is used as the ethylene cracking raw material. The intermediate measuring line can produce environmental-friendly solvent naphtha of D40#,D60# and D80#, etc, the tail oil is recycled to the hydrogenation and upgrading reactor.
