XK-01A complex iron desulfurization catalyst is a new type of complex iron desulfurization agent formed by the chelation reaction of two chelating agents and iron-based raw materials under specific conditions. This type of desulfurizer has high stability and strong activity. The desulfurization system formed by it has the characteristics of high sulfur capacity, no secondary salt generation, strong resistance to H2S fluctuation and high H2S removal efficiency, and the effect of removing H2S at one time can reach 99%. At the same time, it has a good removal effect on COS, mercaptan, thioether and other organic sulfur.
In recent years, there have been many researches on H2S gas removal technology at home and abroad. According to the principle of desulfurization, it can be divided into absorption method, adsorption method, oxidation method, etc. For occasions with large quantity and high H2S concentration, both H2S removal and effective recovery and utilization of sulfur resources should be considered. At present, coking enterprises use wet oxidation method, and the more representative desulfurization processes include PDS (binuclear cobalt phthalocyanine sulfonate) desulfurization process, ADA method, tannin extract desulfurization process and new complex iron desulfurization process. Domestic coking enterprises use PDS method and tannin extract method for desulfurization process the most. The advantage of these two desulfurization processes is that the process is relatively mature; the disadvantage is that the desulfurization liquid sulfur capacity is low, the regeneration speed is slow, the desulfurization liquid circulation is large, the equipment investment is large, the energy consumption is high, a large amount of secondary salt is produced, and the desulfurization waste liquid needs to be discharged to maintain the normal operation of the desulfurization system. The new complex iron desulfurization process is a desulfurization process using iron ions as a catalyst. Hydrogen sulfide is directly converted into elemental sulfur in the desulfurization liquid, and the catalyst is recycled through air oxidation and regeneration. The advantages of the new complex iron desulfurization process are rich iron resources and low catalyst cost; high working sulfur capacity of the desulfurization liquid, reducing the circulation of the desulfurization liquid, saving energy and reducing consumption; the complex iron catalyst has a suitable redox potential, which can avoid the depth of H2S Oxidation reduces the production of secondary salts (sulfate, thiosulfate).
The new complex iron catalyst used in our experiment is a compound complex iron solution composed of multiple components. With Na2CO3 as the alkali source, the pH of the complex iron desulfurization solution is adjusted to 7. 8~9. 2, and the coke oven gas of coking enterprises is used as the raw material. A lot of adaptability research has been carried out on the new complex iron catalytic desulfurization process. The effects of different temperatures, different pH and different catalyst concentrations on the desulfurization effect of new complex iron desulfurizer were studied.
the experimental results show that when the hydrogen sulfide content in the coke oven feed gas of coking enterprises is 2. 0~4.0g/m3, after desulfurization, the H2S content is less than 20 mg / m3, which meets the environmental protection requirements. The pH of the solution is 7. 8~9. 2, and the concentration of iron ion is 0. 3~0. 8 g /L. Desulfurization is in good condition.
