Physical and Chemical PropertiesChemical properties dark red powder. The solubility in water (50 ℃) is 50g/L. The aqueous solution is red, and the addition of 1mol/L sodium hydroxide solution is bright red. After adding hydrosulfite and warming, it changes from golden to yellow, and then adding sodium perborate is still yellow. It is purplish red in concentrated sulfuric acid and rose red after dilution. It is big red in concentrated nitric acid, and it is still big red after dilution.
UsePurposes reactive brilliant red KM-2B can be used for cotton, viscose fiber dyeing, suitable for various dyeing methods. It is also used for direct and anti-dyeing printing of cotton and viscose fiber fabrics, and discharge printing is only applicable to light ground color. With the active yellow M-7G, K-GP composed of three primary blue color dyeing a variety of light, medium color, the fastness is better. It is also used for direct printing of silk and cotton fabrics and the two-step rolling dyeing of polyester/cotton fabrics with disperse dyes in the same bath. The light and medium colors are dyed by the same bath hot melting one-step process, which can be continuous rolling dyeing.

C.I.Reactive Red 227 - Production method

Using o-aminobenzene sulfonic acid, H acid, cyanuric chloride, and p (2-sulfate ethyl sulfone group) aniline as raw materials, firstly, cyanuric chloride is condensed with H acid, and then o-aminobenzene sulfonic acid is diazotized and coupled with the aforementioned condensate, and finally it is condensed with p (2-sulfate ethyl sulfone group) aniline for the second time to obtain the product. The finished product is salted out, filtered and dried.
