| Production method | 1. In 216 grams (0.82 moles) of 1500 ml trichloromethane solution, within 5 minutes under stirring. Add 40 grams (0.4 moles) of chlorinated powder in batches. Continue stirring to dissolve the solids. Add 15.2 grams (0.4 moles) of sodium boron hydride and 150 ml of ethanol in suspension. Stir for 5 minutes, inject the mixture into 300 ml of water, separate the chloroform layer, wash with 2 x 250 ml of water, dry with anhydrous magnesium sulfate, and add 2000 ml of ether to precipitate boron hydride bis (triphenylene) copper. Filter and wash with ether to obtain 225 grams (0.37 moles) of white needle crystals with a yield of 93%. 2. Method 2 is completely based on the dosage and operation of Method 1 to obtain the crude product, mp158-162, and then dissolve it in 1.5 liters of chloroform containing 50 grams of triphenylene. Add a suspension of 12.8 grams of sodium boron hydride and 150 ml of 95% ethanol, stir for 20 minutes, and then add 450 ml of 95% ethanol. Filter, concentrate the filtrate in the rotary evaporator until it is crystallized and begins to precipitate. Filter the crystals, wash them with ether, and dry them to obtain 200 grams (83%) of pure products, mp 173-176 ℃. |
