91182-77-3 - Introduction
chloride is an organic compound whose chemical formula is C10H8ClNO2. The following is a description of the properties, uses, preparation and safety information of this compound:
Nature:
-Appearance: chloride is white crystalline powder.
-Solubility: It is soluble in organic solvents, such as ether, chloroform and dimethyl sulfoxide.
-Melting point: about 90-95 ℃.
-Stability: It is relatively stable at room temperature.
Use:
chloride can be used as reaction intermediates in organic synthesis, specific applications include:
-Synthetic drugs: It can be used to synthesize biologically active drug molecules.
-Pesticide: It can be used to synthesize certain pesticides in the agricultural field.
-Sealant: It can be used as a sealant for metal surfaces.
-Ink material: It can be used for the preparation of dyes and inks.
Method:
The preparation method of chloride generally involves the following steps:
1. Benzoyl chloride reacts with dimethylnitrosamine under alkaline conditions to generate N-benzoyl-dimethylnitrosamine.
2. The obtained N-benzoyl-dimethylnitrosamine is reacted with potassium permanganate to generate N-benzoyl-N'-dimethyl-nitrogen pentoxide. Then, a hot acetic acid deoxidizer is added to react with trichloroammonia to form N-benzoyl-N'-dimethyl-isoxazole.
3. Finally, the generated N-benzoyl-N'-dimethyl-isoxazole is reacted with the chlorinated giant valve to generate the final product chloride.
Safety Information:
The following safety precautions should be paid attention to when handling chloride:
-This is an organic compound that may be toxic and irritating to the human body. Appropriate personal protective equipment should be worn when in contact.
-Avoid inhaling its dust or vapor, and should be used in a well-ventilated place.
-Avoid contact with skin, eyes and clothing. If there is contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical help.
-Storage should be sealed, away from fire and flammable materials.
-Observe relevant regulations and safe operating procedures.
