Introduction | 3 α-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase is a steroid dehydrogenase secreted by testosterone plexomonas, consisting of 258 amino acid residues, the theoretical molecular weight is 26.4kD. 3α-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase acts on a variety of steroid substrates, reversibly catalyzing the redox of C19-27 steroid hydroxyl/ketone groups at position 3. The isoelectric point of HSD was 4.8, and the optimum pH was 7-9. Hg2, Ag and the like will inhibit the activity of the enzyme, and metal ion chelating agents such as EDTA will not inhibit the activity of the enzyme, which is helpful to the stable preservation of the enzyme to a certain extent. |
Application | 3 α-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase is a white yellowish amorphous powder, 3 α-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase is a white yellowish amorphous powder, and bile acid is one of the substrates of 3 α-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase, for clinical detection of total bile acids. |
