Physical and Chemical Properties | White Diamond Crystal or crystalline powder, odorless, micro-aromatic gas, a strong sweet taste, after a slightly bitter taste, sweetness of sucrose 300~500 times. The melting point was 226-231 °c. Soluble in water (20 C 99.8g, 50 C 186.8g, 95 C 328.3g), soluble in ethanol (1g/50ml). In the air slowly weathering, about half of the loss of crystal water and become white powder.
