Nature:
-Appearance: White to yellow crystalline solid;
-Solubility: Soluble in some organic solvents, such as chloroform, methanol and dimethyl sulfoxide;
-Melting point: about 82-86 ℃.
Use:
2,3, azide is a commonly used chemical reagent, widely used in organic synthesis. It can be used as an intermediate for the synthesis of a variety of ribose compounds, such as ribonucleotides, ribonucleic acids, etc.
Preparation Method:
Generally, the preparation method of 2,3, azide is as follows:
1. Under appropriate conditions, 1-chloro-2, 3,5-tribenzoyloxy-beta-D-ribofuranose was synthesized from tribenzoyloxy ribofuranose and cyanogen chloride;
2.1-chloro -2,3, 5-tribenzoyloxy-beta-D-ribofuranose is reacted with silver azide to obtain 2,3, azide.
