preparation | preparation of 6-chloropyridine-3-carboxamide: add 2.0g of hexachloronicotinic acid in a 50ml single-necked bottle, 1.89G of thionyl chloride and 20ml of toluene were stirred and refluxed for 3H. An excess amount of thionyl chloride was pumped through a water pump, and the obtained toluene solution of acid chloride was dropped into 20ml of concentrated ammonia water, followed by stirring at room temperature for 1 hour. Suction filtration, drying filter cake, that is, to obtain white solid 6-chloropyridine-3-carboxamide 1.77g, yield 89%, melting point 213-215 deg C. |
