Use | 2-methoxy-4-methyl-6-hydroxypyrimidine, it is an intermediate of the organic phosphorus insecticide pyrimidine oxygen phosphorus. |
production method | the production method is to obtain methylpyridinol by cyclization of O-methylisourea salt with ethyl acetoacetate. Put 200L water and 370kg isourea salt in 1500L reactor, stir and cool to 0~5 ℃, slowly add 390kg lye (30%), keep the temperature not more than 15 ℃, then 300kg of ethyl acetoacetate was added dropwise, and the reaction was maintained at 15 ℃ for 16h after the addition. 30% hydrochloric acid neutralization solution was added dropwise to make pH = 6, about 100kg hydrochloric acid was needed, and the mixture was stirred for 2H and filtered, the filter cake was washed with a small amount of water, I .e., the intermediate methyl pyridinol. Methyl pyridinol is a crystalline solid. Solubility in organic solvents: Chloroform ≥ 3.46g/100g, ethyl acetate 0.713g/100g, dichloromethane 0.681g/100g, cyclohexane 0.522g/100g, dichloroethane 0.280g/100g, butyl acetate 0.184g/0.140g, benzene 0.091g/0.066g, chlorobenzene g/g, toluene g/100g. The solubility in water is 1g/100g of water. |
