Preparation Method:
5-(-)-2H-tetrazole can be synthesized by the following steps:
1. First, 1-benzothiophene-3-methanol was obtained by the reaction of benzylidene iodide and sodium sulfide;
2. then, reacting 1-benzothiophene -3-methanol with methyl bromide to generate 3-methyl -1-benzothiophene;
3. Finally, through the reaction with phosphorus pentachloride and ammonium tetrafluoroborate, in the presence of tetraethylamine, synthesized 5-(4H-tetrazole)-2H-tetrazole.
