1.2-pyridinecarboxylic acid is reacted with tetramethyldiazamine to obtain methylene 2-pyridinecarboxylate.
2. Reaction of methylene 2-picolinate with methyl carbamate to give 2-Pyridinecarboxylic acid, 4,5-diamino-, methyl ester.
