Preparation | 9, 9-dimethylfluorene -2, 7-diboric acid buxonyl ester can be used from 2, 7-dibromo-9H-fluorene as raw material to first prepare 2, 7-dibromo-9, 9-dimethyl-9H-fluorene, and then react with bis (pinacol) diboron to obtain 9, 9-Dimethylfluorene -2, 7-diboronic acid. Under the protection of nitrogen, the intermediate 2,7-dibromo -9,9, 9-dimethylfluorene (3.52g,10mmol), pinacolid biborate (7.62g,30mmol), K2CO3 solution (16mL,2mol/L), Pd(PPh)4(0.21g,0.18mmol) were added to the reactor and reacted at 90 ℃ for 48h to separate and purify the intermediate 9,9-dimethylfluorene -2, 7-diboronic acid (3.48g,78%). |
