Overview | Reduced blue 66 has excellent light resistance and overall dye fastness. It is an important variety of blue vat dyes. The scientific name is 9,10-Anthracene dione, 1,1[(6-phenyl -1,3, 5-triazine -2,4 diyl) diimino]-bis [3-acetyl-4 amino]. There are literatures that nitrobenzene, o-dichlorobenzene, trichlorobenzene, DMF, N-methylpyrrolidone and other solvents are used for reaction, and then further refined with methanol. These methods cause a large amount of solvent loss due to solvent evaporation. And with certain toxicity, the purity of the final product is still low, and the dyeing color light is dark green compared with the reduced blue 66 standard. |
preparation | weigh 2.8g(0.01mol) of 2-acetyl -1,4-diaminoanthraquinone, add it to a 100mL three-mouth bottle containing 30mL of nitrobenzene, heat it to 100 ℃, add 1.13g(0.005mol) of phenyl cyanuric chloride, slowly heat it to 170 ℃, and then stir it at this temperature for two hours, after the reaction is completed, it is cooled to room temperature, filtered and washed with methanol, and dried at 80 ℃ to obtain 3.2g of blue product with 90% yield. |
