Preparation Method:
3-bromo-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4-amine are generally synthesized by the following steps:
1. First, phenyl cyanide and sodium azide cross-coupling reaction in solvent to generate azide phenyl cyanide.
2. Then, azidophenyl cyanide reacts with ortho-substituted pyrazolone ring under heating to generate 3-cyano-1H-pyrazolo [3,4-d] pyrimidine compound.
3. Finally, the 3-cyano-1H-pyrazolo [3,4-d] pyrimidine compound is reacted with sodium bromide or stannous bromide to form 3-bromo-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4-amine.
