Method:
The preparation method of 2-Bromo-1,4-dimethyl-1H-imidazole is as follows:
1. First, 1,4-dimethyl-LH-imidazole was dissolved in acetonitrile.
2. Cool the solution to 0-5°C and add dilute hydrochloric acid.
3. Manganese bromide was slowly added and reacted for 30 minutes.
4. Add filter to remove the sub manganese, filter.
5. The filter was dried and washed with ethyl acetate.
6. The product of 2-Bromo-1, 4-dimethy1-1h-imidazole was obtained by concentrating the filtrate.
