Preparation Method:

1. Reaction of 1,1-dimethylethylamine with dimethylformamide to give N-(1,1-dimethylethyl) formamide.
2. N-(1,1-dimethylethyl) formamide is reacted with tetramethylsilyl oxide to obtain N-(1,1-dimethylethyl) formimide.
3. react N-(1,1-dimethylethyl) formimide with antimony chloride to obtain 4-(1,1-dimethylethyl)-.
