1-(lH-pyrazolo [3,4-c] pyridin-3-yl) ethanone, also known as TPA, is an organic compound.
Nature:
TPA is a solid, common form is white crystals. It has a low solubility, solubility in water is relatively small. TPA has low toxicity and low volatility.
Use:
TPA has several areas of application. It can be used as a synthetic drug intermediate in chemical synthesis. TPA can also be used in the synthesis of biologically active compounds and for pharmaceutical research and development.
Preparation Method:
The method of preparing TPA can be formed by condensation of pyridine with acetone. First, pyridine and acetone are reacted under appropriate conditions to produce TPA.
Safety Information:
TPA is used and stored in accordance with general safety practices for chemicals. It should be kept away from fire and high temperatures, and should be stored in a sealed container in a dry, cool place. Wear protective gloves, goggles and appropriate protective clothing when using. Avoid inhalation or contact with skin. In case of contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention. When disposing of waste, the relevant pollutant disposal regulations should be followed.
