Its preparation method:
3-Difluoromethyl-2-carbonyl-3-piperidinecarboxamide is generally synthesized by the following steps:
1. N-difluoromethylpiperidine was prepared from piperidine by adding ethyl fluoroacetate in the presence of sodium cyanide.
2. N-difluoromethylpiperidine is reacted with difluoromethylchloride to prepare 3-difluoromethyl-2-carbonyl -3-piperidinecarboxamide by amidation reaction.
