production method | (1) synthesis of quinone dioxime??? First, add 30% sodium hydroxide solution into the reaction kettle, and slowly add phenol under stirring to dissolve it in sodium hydroxide solution. After cooling to 0 ℃, sodium nitrite and 30% sulfuric acid are added to keep the temperature at 7~8 ℃ for reaction, and nitroso phenol crystals are gradually precipitated. After stirring for 1h, stand for filtration, crystallization is washed with water to obtain nitrophenol. After transposition, it is mixed with hydroxylamine hydrochloride aqueous solution, and heated to 70°C for oxime reaction. After the reaction is completed, the p-phenylquinone dioxime is filtered. (2) Synthesis of benzoyl chloride ① Benzoic acid is prepared by reacting with phosgene. Benzoic acid is put into an actinic kettle, heated and melted, and phosgene is introduced at 140~150 ℃. The reaction tail gas contains hydrogen chloride and unreacted phosgene. After treatment with alkali, it is emptied. At the end of the reaction, the temperature is reduced to -2~-3 ℃, and the degassing operation is subjected to reduced pressure distillation to obtain benzoyl chloride. Purity ≥ 98%. (2) add toluene to the chlorination kettle, pass chlorine under light to react to prepare trichlorotoluene, and then hydrolyze in acidic medium to prepare benzoyl chloride. ③The synthesis of dibenzoyl p-quinone dioxime is prepared by the reaction of benzoyl chloride and p-quinone dioxime. |
