| Overview | triolein is also called triolein. Glycerol trioleate is used as emulsifier, emulsion stabilizer and wetting agent in food and cosmetics. The content of glycerol trioleate is higher in Ganoderma lucidum spores. Ganoderma lucidum spores contain high content of fatty oil, about 20% ~ 30%, Ganoderma lucidum spore oil can be obtained by extraction method. Ganoderma lucidum spore oil mainly contains fatty acid ester, also contains sterol substances, with the same effect as Ganoderma lucidum spores. 1,2-oleic acid -3-palmitic acid triglyceride, triolein is the highest content in Ganoderma lucidum spore oil in the two components. |
