2. carboxylation reaction: the indazole alcohol reacts with aldehyde acid and sulfurous acid to generate 5-fluorine -1H-indazole -3-carboxylic acid.
3. esterification reaction: 5-fluoro -1H-indazole -3-carboxylic acid is esterified with methanol to form 5-fluoro-methyl ester.
